Erica always shows dedication when caring for participants and her peers. Erica embodies positivity and compassion when she is assisting a participant in need and can always turn a negative situation positive. Erica is creative with all of the art projects she comes up with in collaboration with Paulette. Erica is always concerned about the well-being of our participants and brings those concerns forward immediately to be solved.
We are very thankful for all Erica does, including collecting items for our BINGO cart, that always brings a smile to our participant's faces. Erica is fun, exciting and really shows that the glass is always "half full".

Diane Sausa
Diane is a dedicated employee who always is aware of everyone's dietary needs. She monitors the delivery of all meals served, making sure that all staff follow the proper procedures. Diane ensures that all supplies for kitchen use are ordered, stocked and stored. She often engages participants in lively discussions during meals and program downtime. Diane adds creative ideas to the program for crafts and other program activities. Thank you Diane!
