APRIL Ronkonkoma Employee of the Month!
Betsy Marcotrigiano is a dedicated team player who is kind, caring, empathetic, and compassionate. In tune with our participants’ needs and preferences, Betsy helps to ensure that they are comfortable and have an enjoyable day. In addition to performing her regular duties, Betsy readily assumes leadership of program activities when needed, including the Morning Chat with our participants. She is comfortable in this role as she freely discusses her own experiences as they pertain to the chat and uses them to impart “pearls of wisdom” to the group.

Beth Palladino
Beth provides a warm and caring atmosphere for our participants. She has learned everyone’s dietary restrictions along with personal preferences. This makes our seniors happy, safe and feel important. Beth also reorganized paperwork/forms for contacting families on their loved ones’ needs. Beth has assumed the duties of stocking and reordering supplies directly from Driscoll.
She adds creative ideas to the program daily.
