Susan consistently shows her dedication to Day Haven. She is reliable, responsible and hard-working. Susan shows her concern about the participants and always steps in to help when needed. Emma has demonstrated a strong positive attitude, helping participants with program activities, personal needs and keeping them safe and happy. Emma had stepped up several times to cover for breakfast and lunch duties. She keeps management informed of any physical or cognitive changes with the participants. Emma actively participates in the morning meeting offering suggestions to make the day successful for all.
