Michele Norris
Michele started in March and has been growing every day since into a caring and valued member of the Day Haven Team. She always treats participants with respect and kindness, settling their anxious moments with direct attention to their needs and wants. Michele is hardworking and has accepted more responsibilities with the rearrangement of job descriptions. Michele is a singer and often keeps the seniors happy by sharing her talents. She will always let management know if she recognizes any signs of change, positive or negative, that affect the care of the participants.
